Cyber Monday 2025 Offer Terms & Conditions

RS Stories Ltd t/a Nip Stories

These Cyber Monday Offer Terms (“Terms”) apply to the Cyber Monday 2025 promotion (“Offer”) provided by RS Stories Ltd t/a Nip Stories (“Nip Stories”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in this Offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Offer Structure

1.1. The Offer provides customers the opportunity to receive free gift products based on qualifying purchases made during the Cyber Monday promotional period.
1.2. The Offer applies only when customers purchase either:

• Two (2) units of the same product type, or
• Three (3) units of the same product type,
  (variants such as size or colour may differ, but the product type must be the same).

1.3. The Offer is not valid on bundles or pre-packaged sets.

2. Free Gift Eligibility

2.1. Customers who purchase 2 units of the same individual product will be eligible to select one (1) free gift.
2.2. Customers who purchase 3 units of the same individual product will be eligible to select two (2) free gifts.
2.3. Free gifts must be selected from the options presented through the on-site pop-up that shows after eligible products are added to the cart.
2.4. The free gift does not qualify as a paid item and cannot trigger another gift tier.
2.5. Free gifts can only be redeemed if:

• The applicable pop-up appears,
• The customer selects the desired free gift(s), and
• The selected gift(s) are in stock at the time of selection.

2.6. If a customer does not select a free gift during the pop-up process, the Offer is considered unclaimed, and no free gift will be added or honoured after the transaction is completed.

3. Exclusions

3.1. The Offer is not valid on:

• Mixed product types (e.g., buying 1 adhesive + 1 non-adhesive does not qualify)
• Orders containing only free items
• Orders where the pop-up selection is skipped, dismissed, or not completed

3.2. The Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit.

4. Stock Availability

4.1. Free gifts are subject to availability and offered on a “first come, first served” basis.
4.2. If the chosen free gift becomes unavailable while the customer is completing checkout, Nip Stories may:

• Request the customer to choose an alternative in-stock gift, or
• Decline the free gift if no eligible alternatives are available.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1. If a customer returns the qualifying purchases in full, any free gifts received must also be returned unused and in original condition.
5.2. If free gifts are not returned, Nip Stories reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift(s) from any refund due.
5.3. If only part of the qualifying order is returned and the remaining items no longer meet the minimum threshold (2 or 3 of the same product), the free gift(s) must be returned or may be charged at full price.

6. Abuse of Offer

6.1. Nip Stories reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if fraudulent behaviour, misuse, or manipulation of the Offer is suspected.

7. Changes & Termination

7.1. Nip Stories may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, without prior notice.
7.2. Any changes will not affect orders already completed before the effective change date.

8. General Terms

8.1. The Offer is valid only during the advertised Cyber Monday promotional period on the Nip Stories website.
8.2. Standard shipping, returns, and store policies apply unless otherwise stated.
8.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
8.4. If any part of these Terms is considered invalid, the remainder will continue to apply.
